Digital Product Notice

All Brave Feelings Lab programs are digital products delivered via browser-based access. Because access is granted immediately upon order completion, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following circumstances:

You were unable to access the program due to a verified technical issue on our end, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed the program content

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

You have accessed the program content
More than 48 hours have passed since purchase
You changed your mind after accessing the program
Technical issues related to your own device, browser, or internet connection that we have attempted to help resolve
